Der Schweizer Innovationshub Direct-Impact Aid Innovation Hub (eingetragener Verein, UID CHE-489.142.402, Handelsregister Kanton Zürich) baut eine lebendige Community aus privaten und institutionellen Innovatoren auf. Wir arbeiten aktiv mit Hochschulen, Forschungseinrichtungen und öffentlichen Institutionen zusammen, um wegweisende Innovationen voranzutreiben.
Wir etablieren jetzt strategische Partnerschaften mit lokalen und internationalen Forschungsinstituten sowie Technologieunternehmen.

Alle generierten Rechte (Know-how, Urheberrechte und Patente) verbleiben beim Verein als Kollektiv.
Finanzen / Budget
Der Verein wird von seinen Gründungsmitgliedern – darunter aid4face2geo und GBS-AMAZONIA – finanziell unterstützt. Gemeinsam treiben wir technologiebasierte Innovationen zielgerichtet und effizient voran, um die spezifischen Bedürfnisse unserer aktiven Mitglieder zu adressieren.
Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Revisionsstelle wird im dritten Quartal vertraglich bestellt - entsprechend den Schweizer Vorgaben für Vereine mit einem Umsatz über 100.000 CHF.
